Speer
Speer is a dating coach and the creator of the Speer Method. A former Venusian Arts instructor, Speer broke away to develop his own method.
Speer's system is based on what he calls the "LEI Model," a kind of PUA
"theory of everything." Speer noticed that guys have success with all kinds of different systems and tactics: even theories which seem completely opposed to each other bring equal success to different people. According to Speer, this is because every "type" of method used by the different gurus and companies (e.g. direct, indirect, social circle game, etc.) corresponds to a particular level of the LEI model. Mastery of any given level will yield success.
"LEI" stands for "Life Style," "Evolve into Natural," and "Instinctual Game."
"Life Style" is the first and weakest level of attraction. Creating the impression (whether true or not) that you have a fun, exciting life and are materially well-off will generate attraction in women. Success here does not depend on having a lot of money, but things like working out regularly and building your social circle will start to draw more women into your life.
"Evolve into Natural" corresponds to learning how to interact with women and attract them through your conversations. Many guys start off using canned routines, but become limited by them if they never progress beyond this point. At the same time, learning a "natural" approach at the beginner level is often too difficult. So the idea is to start with the fundamentals and "evolve."
"Instinctual Game" deals with learning the psychological and biological triggers that set off a woman's instincts and create attraction on a deep, unconscious level.
