Who am I?

Hey guys, I'm glad to be a part of this forum and I hope to help many people, not only that but improve myself by listening to others and seeking new belief systems.

Let me tell you my story..
It all began summer of 2004-2005, I was in 8th grade. Instead of typing a whole essay about what I used to do, let me just use several words to describe my personality back then.
Introverted, Shy, Depressed, Suicidal, Needy, Clingy, Approval Seeking, and all the other wuss bag/beta words you can think of. Obsessed with a girl since 6th grade, I did what all young teenagers would have done in desperate times. I went to Google, and I literally typed in "How to Pickup Girls You Are Obsessed About". In that exact order.

Little did I know, the person I found would be the person to spark and start my incredible journey into self improvement and pickup.

His name, was David Deangelo. Now, being a 14 year old, I had no idea who he was, and I was aware of the scams and marketing techniques on the internet. But I had noticed something interesting, I was sure that I had seen the same exact name on a set of CD's in my brother's room. I quickly ran to his room and snooped around for the CD. Underneath several sheets of papers and calculus textbooks, I found them. Double Your Dating By David Deangelo.

I'm not quite sure how convinced you guys are about how desperate I was. A 14 year old, hitting puberty early, being a needy wussbag, and all of a sudden, finding the Holy Grail of LIFE. I was as curious as a cat that had heard a loud racket in the next room, I wanted to know WHAT this was. Was there a society of men who specifically studied picking up women? Whatever it was, I had nothing to lose. I took the CDs, popped it into my computer, and grabbed myself a bag of Lays BBQ Chips. These words will be engraved into my head until the day I die:

Attraction is NOT a choice

At that point, I had no idea what it meant. I was blinded by my ambition. I had no care for what inner game was. Pickup lines was my motivation. Just like every other AFC.

So now let's zoom by 2 years. Sophomore year in High School. David D. always talked about having a balance of learning, practicing, and doing. For me, fortunately, I was in High School. This WAS my practice. The summer of Freshman year into Sophomore year, I locked myself inside, used all of my money savings and bought, watched, learned, reviewed, watched again, rewrote my notes, and practiced the following CD and eBooks:

For THREE months, instead of tanning, going to the beach, and playing sports with my friends, I studied these things I had just listed. To me, this stuff was priceless. This stuff would make me into the biggest stud in High School. First day of school came, I created attracted with every cute girl possible in all of my classes. I had taken this thing too far, overboard. I was obsessed with my power. Imagine a 15 year old pickup artist, having the ability to pick up any girls he wanted. As I continued to review EVERY night before I went to sleep, and as I continued to attract every beautiful girl in my school, I decided that I needed a true test. I started hanging out with kids from different schools, RICH schools, kids that had connections with the big people. Their fathers knew people that knew other people. In fact, Jason, a polo collar popped rich douche bag, had a father that knew club owners. Jason got me a fake ID, and my journey to become a successful mPUA had begun.

It was in the middle of my sophomore year, I had bruises all over my body, I had been in too many fights. I would go to parties from other schools, made all the girls in the party love me, ran sets like no other, neg here, neg there, DHV all over. I AMOGed countless guys, and even took girls with BFs right in front of me. Which as you can see caused numerous fun fights. Luckily, because I worked out a lot, hit puberty early, knew martial arts, and had a deep voice, I pulled off to be a 21 year old as a 16 year old. Once the weekend hit, I pulled away from attracting girls in school and having fun, to the real stuff. Clubs. Clubs were all paid for by Jason and his friends. It was really nice having rich friends who could pay for everything. I don't have to explain much more about the club scene. A 16 year old picking up 22 year olds, you get the point. Use your imagination.

By the end of sophomore year, I had few guy friends in high school, as I spent the majority of my time attracting women and amoging the guys. I had one best friend. Trevor. I had gotten so good at pickup that it was getting boring. I thought of women as pathetic, easily manipulated humans. This was not a good result of pickup. I was pushing it. This was too much. I realized that this isn't something I should have done. Pickup is an art. Not a skillset you abuse to gain power. I started teaching Trevor, my best friend, the art of pickup. He found it to be intriguing, and he was my first student.

I had realized the reason why I needed to pickup so many women was because I was still insecure on the inside. It wasn't the real me. I was merely a duplicate of mystery. (No offense, love the material). I needed to set out on a journey to found out who I was. I hadn't progressed since 8th grade, all I had done was put more layers of NOT me in front of people to see and look at. After retrospection, I was still hiding. I was still a little 14 year old.

I told myself to completely stop. I convinced myself to end it. I needed to stop doing pickup, and give myself some space. A year to reflect and just to be a normal kid. I was trying way too hard.

Ironically, by the end of my junior year, after ending my spree of pickup and ignoring all the girls I had attracted in high school, leaving the model, leaving techniques, something incredible happened. I would end up meeting my current girlfriend who I have been with for a year and 4 months with not a single argument under our belt.

Here began my REAL transformation.

I had gotten her without the use of any real techniques. I was ME.
As David Deangelo says in his Man Transformation Seminar,
"We must understand that attracting and keeping a total 10. Mature on the inside, and evolved, requires a level of authenticity and honesty that we do not yet have. A new level."

Senior came, and I began giving back to the community. I started teaching my friends, the biggest AFCs in the world. I started teaching men ages 20 and above. 16 year olds. You name it. I taught them. But interestingly enough, I didn't charge them anything. I realized that these were the people that DESPERATELY needed help, just as I had needed help in the beginning. These weren't the typical guys that wanted to get laid and wanted to get better. These were guys that needed a transformation in their life, someone to go up to them and make them into a new person.

And here began my biggest journey yet. I would continue learning pickup. I spent the last 2 years of highschool, my junior and senior year, locking myself in my room and learning INNER GAME. I have not stopped though, as I am still studying inner game and getting myself to another level of unconsciousness, consciousness, and awareness.

Throughout these 5 years of my life, I have learned to love learning. I have learned a new paradigm of thinking.

I am writing a success Book with 2 other students
I plan on doing one-on-one pickup teachings emotional, physical and intellectual development here at my college
I do hip hop dancing/break dancing
I do street magic for parties, bars, and restaurants and my movies are on youtube. Streets of Chicago it's called.
I am in a love for philosophy and psychology.
I have become a master in massage :]
I have played varsity sports in high school.
I play the saxophone
I make movies and I love film. During the summer I made promotional videos for a marketing company. I continue to make movies in my free time.
I had played video games competitively for a period of time in my life which I passed through in my story. I played professionally and I got paid a salary to do so. Counter-Strike was the game.

I can do ALL of these things, and I tell you now, that you can too. Learning has been so negatively wired in our society. It's what we do as humans. You put us in the wild, and we're not stronger or faster than animals. We are smarter. We can LEARN, ADAPT, and REASON. Why not utilize our best ability as human beings to it's fullest potential? Learn everything. Do everything. And teach it.

David Deangelo is probably the most influential person in my life. Even though I have never met him, or been to his seminar. All this time in my life, I realized that I needed a true father figure, and no offense to my father. I love my father and all that he has done. He is just a book worm and it didn't do me too good as a child. Thank you David.

I am sitting on my computer, typing this extremely long story in which I give you props for if you have read it all from start to finish.
I am 18 years old.
I go to the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana

And I hope to have a fucking great time here on the forums talking about problems you guys are having with pickup, or even with life. But obviously not limited to that, I also seek mentors, and people to give me constructive criticism as well. I also post on Seduction Base Forums, and Stylelife.
