First Post and a Serious Sticking Point

I'm new to this seduction thing - sort of. I am a senior in college (at one of the most attractive campuses I might add), and I've spent most of my time here tied to the problems and aftermath of a long-term high school relationship. I've been painfully single/girl-less now for months and it's slowly starting to kill me. Before the aforementioned relationship, I was always able to initiate conversation, establish a report, and frequently number close with some less 'intimidating' girls. I had a raw, but natural talent with girls my age, and it got be through high school.
Now that the relationship is safely in the past, I've found myself out of the game for nearly four years and I have seemingly, and hopefully understandably, lost my mojo.
The difference between the game I played as a 17 year-old high school senior and 21 year-old college senior is almost overwhelming. Bars, overnights, school, every aspect of the pick-up has changed before my eyes, and I have become a bumbling terrified fool in front of women - I truly have embodied what it means to be an AFC, totally against my will. Now I'm doing something about it. I was told by a friend to read Neil Strauss' (Style's) "The Game" and it has consoled my inner AFC, and inspired me to dive into this online community for help. I hope I can find the friends and guru's here to bring out the PUA that I know I have in me.

So after the long-winded context, here is my first sticking point: My body language.
I am a lanky, pale, 5'7" Harry Potter look alike (glasses and tiny scar on my damn forehead) with...and here's the kicker...turret's syndrome. I squirm and twitch my arms, shake my head, kick my legs, and cramp my stomach at uncontrollable intervals, only made worse by stress. After each twitch or tweak, I typically let out a subtle whimper. I'll let you imagine what being around a nice girl is like. I have ways of making it seem almost normal, but I was looking for a good way to incorporate this into my game so that it doesn't freak out targets, because believe me, it has the potential.

Please hit me with some ideas.

I'm also looking for good routines for the library, studying, and class. Finals are coming up, and it's the best environment to find women. I have some ideas, but am always looking for tips.
Tomorrow I'm going to try and meet a smokin' HB9 from my morning class, and I'll let you all know how it goes for critique.
