FR: Baby steps, I mean for real.

OK, deep, deep, deep in AFC territory, and I'm an OLD GUY (54) who regretfully only likes chicks at LEAST 20 years younger. Long roe to hoe, eh?

So we're talking Baby steps here.

Strengths: Doctorate, younger looking (Could pass for 45 pretty easily) have hair,
good job, sense of humor, non-threatening and articulate.

Weaknesses: Sensitive to perceived rejection, slightly paranoid.

TINY FIRST STEP FIELD REPORT: One line opener.

Don't laugh at my field reports any more than you have to --- we all have to start somewhere and I am-- duh - here.

1) FR-- Testing For IOIs: Saw a hip looking chubby, but very pretty (7) early 20's girl pumping gas into her car at convenience store/gas station when I was buying some Rock Star Sugar Free.

A huge thing with me is nice, smooth skin, also brown hair freak. Only women under 27-33 have skin like I like.

She had that, as well as a stylish knitted beret ( looked handmade, should have commented on that. )
She didn't give any IOI, was just putting gas in her car.

As I rode away on my bicycle I commented
"Stylish hat you have on."

She looked up and smiled and said thank you, then looked away fairly quickly, didn't cue for more comm.

I didn't intend to go any further, was just warming up, but think I noticed something,
which was lack of pupil dilation.

Now I don't know how fast that usually happens but sometimes it happens fast -- I think
it may be when girls are out looking for guys, and when we talk to them it triggers something already waiting.

I'm going to keep inching my way along.

NEXT STEP- go for at least a two line opener, always, and also hesitate to give them a chance to actually make a real rather than pro forma comment back.
