This is the answer to most of our questions about life…..

The idea you are about to read is staring right at our faces but we never saw it before.
You are, I am, he is, she is, 3 brains in one… yes, and you read it right. 3. What follows next will be the greatest information you will ever know next to flossing. We thought we know ourselves, we thought we control ourselves…. Hell No.

Body, heart, mind.

The mind also known as logical brain. Humans have it. It calculates, it reads, it
thinks, it lies ( logic, decision, reasoning, affection)

The heart also known as mammalian brain. Dogs, cats have it, as well as humans.
It feels, it cries, it dreams, it hates, it loves, it forgives… (Emotion, feeling, love )

The body also known as reptilian brain. Lizards, dinosaurs, insects, fishes have it
As well as all mammals and humans. It hungers, it pumps blood, it sleeps, it eats,
It lust, it craves, it breathes. ( Instinct, skills)

The order of evolution started with reptilian brain, millions of years later with mammalian brain, millions years later, logical brain, thus, the body controls the heart and mind, as much as heart evolving earlier than mind, controls it….

I am not a psychologist that we read in books saying about logic, reason, feelings, emotions… But I a man who will mention BODY, ( no, not megan fox’s body but even better than that) is more powerful than MIND, more powerful than HEART.

Simple equation of our being: BODY > HEART > MIND.

I can give a thousand concrete everyday examples we are in but we never see.
Ill give a few.

Got a dog? I have two….
When I get home and they see me, they jump for joy
Regardless, If I had drive like a speed demon, steal, kidnapped someone, violated
human rights.
WHY? their brain stage development is up to mammalian only: HEART, emotions. No MIND, no logic, to tell them, this man is a bad guy.

A man cheats on his wife ( BODY controls man for lust )
Man got caught by wife
Wife cries and attempt to leave man but cant ( HEART commands her to stay )
Friends comment: “leave your husband” (friend’s MIND advices woman)
Woman can’t leave ( her HEART is not controllable by Friend’s brain: logic)
( and hell ye, there is nothing her MIND can do about what she feels)
Man apologized ( MIND ask for forgiveness )
Yes, man loves wife but
After 3 weeks,
Man cheats again ( BODY … lust controls man again)

At the first thought, that there is other than mind and heart controlling our lives was an idea like I had to think for nights, is this real? Or just psyching myself..…. I was wrong… the body-brain was always there….

I always ask: why are some people more mature than others.
Or what makes a person mature:
And yes, you are answering: age…. wrong.
Answer number 2: experience …. maybe.
Correct answer is: MIND has more power than the usual over the HEART
Great example of these: your co-workers… whine about their jobs, their boss, their salaries… do we find them mature. NO…
Someone yells over an office gossip:
Is that person mature?: NO
They show their HEART in an emotional vomit of negative words.
A “mature” worker would be thinking, ( I know why I feel bad, I’m underpaid, I’m overworked, I think ill ask for a raise, or get another job, what can I do?)…

Thus your neighbour who yells blatantly is immature at that moment..
I got one… you should get one too, it is fun.

She has no power over her scandalous acts… but you will understand her because you read my alphabets here, knowing her HEART has taken over her MIND… if at her calm state MINDfully she knows its so shameful… but she is not, so she shout out loud. You can’t argue logic with a shouting woman… that is just it.
( I don’t even dare to look at my mother on these times, I drive and disappear, Ask my sister…. My advice is so should you… or better yet JUST LISTEN)

I am a fan of approaching women…
Every guy in this world hates to admit it but approaching a beautiful women is like a death sentence….it hard, it’s scary, feeling that indescribable fear…
But men do it…. Why?
Because BODY commands MIND go to that girl, and you, EMOTIONS have to deal with it…. this is so fascinating to me, that I was once addicted to that feeling of thrill of approaching a beautiful women, regardless of fear, success and outcome… it was just so beautiful to do it. That my BODY, HEART and MIND would all connect as one…. But that’s just me.

Let’s go relationships, some of us are into it, some wants it, some needs it, some despise it, some missed it… prelude to a relationship is attraction between 2 sexes…
Attraction occurs in HEART and BODY level… never MIND, unless you’re a gold digger… but that would no longer be attraction. We DO NOT decide who to feel that “feeling”. It just happens… HEART speaks love, BODY speaks LUST…

Now lets talk dancing... this is the perfect example of BODY in CONTROL…
The MIND, The HEART has nothing to do with it… The BODY moves in ways coordinated with music, in sync with the other BODY parts…. Marvellous to look at.
WHY? The BODY expresses itself as a desirable mate…
And honestly we dance better when there is an opposite sex around…
Again, BODY systematically does it for us… and at times, we just don’t know we are swaying, swaying…. now… dancing, that is BODY-brain.
Regardless of what your HEART feels or MIND thinks… your BODY dances.
Beautiful.
There is even an idea that dancing is a sex foreplay…. And sex, is a BODY function, not HEART, not MIND… nature wonders that we never see.
(Have you ever heard GREAT dancers and GREAT in bed theory?, that is true)
Good thing, I can dance, and I dance exceptionally like no men can.

The song I can’t help falling in love with you.
PERFECT example… Elvis MINDfully does not know what to do…
But he can’t help it, HEART is falling in love with her.
Or the song, YOUNG GIRL GET OUT OF MY MIND, MY LOVE FOR YOU IS WAY OUT LINE, BETTER RUN GIRL, YOU’RE MUCH TOO YOUNG GIRL.
This guy is MINDfully warning the girl to stay away, yet his LUST is wanting this girl so bad…. Mmmhhh… I can feel your pain, man, I unknowingly sang it and so did my father… after that, my mother caught him with a younger woman… like father… like son, hahaha )

I once like going out at night with my buddies,
And sure enough we as men don’t say:
Hey!, let’s go out and meet women who are intelligent, religious, good in conversation, mature, has good family background…(but we don’t control ourselves)
We don’t.
You now, know WHY.
We are NOT controlled by MIND or EMOTIONS…
BODY demanded us to get out meet other BODY brains and try to have sex…

A woman, all say the most mysterious being.
I say no… they just follow the BODY>HEART>MIND.
Predictable in most cases.
Ever see a woman who accidentally sees a mirror?
What does she do, she takes a second, two, 3 or 8 to fix her self out.
Did she MINDedly think I will fix my hair? NO.
Did she HEARTedly felt ugly? NO.
Her BODY automatically did that for her.

At News, once in a while
DAD rapes 3 year old daughter:
Sound familiar. Yes.
Dad’s BODY here was in control
Dad’s HEART is saying “ Stop raping your child, you love her “
Dad’s MIND is saying “What are you doing???!!! “
Sad but true, don’t believe that remorseful crap of words saying…
“I don’t know what got into me; I felt there was the devil controlling me”
I say: Man, your BODY is not a wonderland
Especially if you look like John Mayer.

“Action speaks louder than words” is actually not that clear enough
Better would be: “Actions speaks truthfully than words”
BODY will communicate in one way or the other the truth as oppose to the MIND that has the ability to lie.

And Sigmund Freud, The Philosopher or psychologist who said every something like
Every 9 or whatever minutes, men think of sex / sexually related stuff…
You are wrong… dead wrong.
BODY SENSES SEX ALL THE TIME; HE IS JUST NOT THINKING IT, FEELING IT NOR WANTING IT.

You sure have you own life, own experiences… but once in a while you ask, why did that happen? And now, you know…

BODY > HEART > MIND
LUST > LOVE > COMMITMENT
SLEEP > CUDDLE > CONVERSATION
CHEATING > LOVE > MARRIAGE

We can chose how we think but never how we feel, and never what we must do.
Now if you find yourself, being hurt by logical decisions you make, it is because your heart wants the other way around.
