Review of Badboy Workshop Toronto August 25, 26 & 27
First thing to remark about Badboy is that he is punctual. I have been on a few workshops and starting on time is not usually the strong point. The thing that comes across from Badboy is that he is very sure not only of his abilities with women, but of his ability to correct your sticking points and problems. He seems to have a natural feel for what works and what doesn't - and his corrections come from an instinct of pure clarity. The workshop starts off with an in-class session where BB asks the participants about what their experience is, what their sticking points are, etc. He gives the impression that he's seen all these problems before and that he knows how to fix them.
The in-class sessions are a combination of his explaining what works, role-playing, and a variety of conversational exercises designed to stimulate your mind to just talk without thinking too much. We spend quite a bit of time walking up to a table, leaning onto it, opening, starting into a story, appearing to effortlessly reach back and grab a chair to sit on, and sitting on it with a relaxed, powerful posture. All the physical elements of the role-playing emphasize confident and dominant behaviours that immediately create attraction - it is from there that you need to build connection, comfort and trust in order to connect with your target(s). The role-playing is very educational - you really learn what you are doing (and doing both right and wrong) and see what others are doing that is right and wrong. In the evening, BB takes the group out to a nightclub in order to have each of them take what they did in the classroom and apply it in the field.
It became clear to me that these exercises were like kindergarten for BB - the point is to clearly understand that everything you do with women (and, actually, in life) should reflect this sure, confident manner. It's like watching a child try and do something simple but always missing a little piece - you can easily see where he is going wrong and point him in the right direction. It becomes, in theory, just a matter of understanding that when you act like you know what you are doing, it will all just fall into place naturally.
The first day, BB only wants to see certain specific things done and is not looking to have the students get into long conversations when they open set
s. The second day is spent doing a lot of role-playing of spontaneous storytelling. He would give out a word, say "submarine" and the student would riff on that for about a sentance, then he would point to the next student who would have to immediately pick up the thread and continue the story for another sentance, and so on. This was designed to just get you talking, not thinking too much and it seemed to be very effective. The role-playing got more advanced also physically on the second day, including how a wing would roll into a set and turn the obstacle around so that both women were separated and focused on the men in front of her.
I think the most important thing that you need to get out of Badboy's workshop is his mindset including the body language of being congruent with having a strong frame. He makes you do certain movements over and over and the point is to do them with a sureness and a confidence that communicates a lot to your target. Doing things with a clear intent, confident, direct, and with congruent body language, is very powerful.
The criticisms I have of the workshop are two fold. One is a criticism I have kept to myself but seen it on several other workshops, and that is that (especially now that these weekends are quite expensive) someone should have taken the time and effort to find out which venues are the most appropriate for the workshop and arranged smooth entry. We tried to get into one place two nights in a row - once we arrived around midnight and there was too much of a line up. It seemed that we needed to be there before 11 pm to get in, but the next night we still couldn't get in even after arriving at 10:30. One of the students did schmooze with one of the bouncers and would have gotten us entry, except that two of the other students weren't dressed well enough to be let in. So we ended up in a lower quality venue (kind of like Toronto's version of the Saddle Ranch) where there were a lot of people but few really attractive women and even fewer that weren't out with their boyfriends. The other criticism I have, and to be fair the students seemed to be content to not be pushed and there weren't many sets (especially when you consider that the ones that were there did get done) available either, but later in the evenings it seemed that the guys all had a big drop in energy and no one was doing much if any approaching. Badboy, at this point, probably should have changed venues or made them approach (or do push ups) and not let their lethargy spread among the group. But, as I said, the guys seemed to be more than content to not be pushed to open the few sets that there were (and there wasn't anything particularly interesting around either). For the price of the workshop, I felt it was too expensive for guys to be left lounging around chatting with the other guys on the workshop and not be pushed into sets to practice what they had been learning.
For me I got a lot out of the workshop and would highly recommend it. Badboy's mindset made an impression on me and my own sets have absolutely seen some significant improvement.

They say that once you can admit a problem, you are half way there to fixing it. I wasn't sure what to expect when I bought this program - it had just come out and I had not heard anything about it. My life up till now has had zero to limited success with girls. Alot of the material being taught in the 'seduction community' was a bit odd. I kept thinking to my self, "If I am meant to be this cocky, aloof individual who is playing hard to get all the time, how am I meant to show this girl that I actually like her?
Another problem I was having, was that I kept on putting off talking to women all the time. I would think to myself - 'No, she isn't my type', 'I'll do it later', 'I don't need a girl to be happy', 'I'd rather eat some food' - when deep down inside I knew that these were excuses that I was making up, and I couldn't actually bring my self to do it.
Well, you can imagine my happiness, when I discovered that that is exactly what 'Attract and Date' is targeting to get rid of. I bought this product a week ago and I am no longer making up as many excuses as I was before, because I am aware of them.
Ranko gives you missions to do, one after the other, and I've realized, and you will too once you buy these CD's, that they really expose what has been stopping you from approaching all these years and all the things you've been doing to sabotage yourself. The last few days have been an eye opener for me as I have become so aware of the things stopping my success, and despite all the talk about 'confidence', it really doesn't take much confidence to approach a girl. What's stopping you is far deeper and much different.
We approach women all the time - in a restaurant or a store, etc. but the things that are really stopping you, you might not even be aware of, because they have been controlling you from when you were a child.
It is quite eye opening to hear what Ranko has to say (and quite funny as well in certain parts). His view of the world in contagious and you will hear his voice in your head afterwards spurring you on to do better and stop making rubbish excuses up in your head about why you shouldn't go talk to the girl who is practically staring at you.
I have purchased many 'dating products' and most of them seem to have given me a short lived rush of confidence - this product takes a different approach and makes you do some of the work as well. All the missions are designed to free your mind so you can really get what you want, in fact one of the missions resulted in me having a date this week.
I'm feeling very hopeful these days, but this is not a lazy man's course, I still have more missions to do, but if what I have gotten out of it in a week is any indication of where I will be soon - then all I can say is -
"the sky's the limit".

Clifford: Elvis Preston King, thank you for agreeing to be interviewed for my list. How about we start with a short introduction about yourself?
Elvis Preston King: Clifford, Thank you very much for having me. I just hope that I can be of some help to the poor soul out there who loves women but just can’t get them in the sack.
What woman does not want to be swept off her feet? My game is to accomplish this feat as fast and easily as I can!
Cliff, I don’t want to come off as vain or bigger than life, but the fact is that I am bigger than life. I pick up and seduce more girls than any man alive. I am the real world’s number 1 pick up and seduction artist. I know that a lot of pick up artists will take offense to that statement because they make their living selling books, seminars, and boot camp seduction courses and they would like to have everyone think that they are the best. Not to mention all the big egos out there. I am in the game for my personal satisfaction and so that I can live life to the fullest. I am not saying that there are no other excellent pua’s in the world. I am sure that there are a many. If a man cannot hang out and learn from the best then at the very least I recommend that he buy the courses available from the pua's and study until he is blue in the face.
For the first time I am making my pick up and seduction talent available to the men of the world. I don’t want to spend my time writing books and putting on seminars. I prefer to be out there getting laid seven days a week. The chase and the conquest it what it’s all about. I pick up and seduce women for men in the real world. Picking up girls for me is a lifestyle. My personal financial situation has opened the doors for some poor guy who just can't get laid no matter how many courses he takes. This is a really big opportunity for the man who just can’t do it alone. With Elvis Preston King by his side he will get laid as if he were Hugh Hefner. Years ago I did read "How to Pick up Girls" by Eric Weber. Truthfully I don’t remember a word in the book. I suspect Eric has long since retired from the game. Will I let one of these beauties take me out of the game. NO! NO! NO!
Clifford: Where have you been all these years and why hasn’t anyone ever heard of you?
Elvis Preston King: I have been quietly and successfully seducing women for 38 years. I had all the money I needed and I still have every man’s dream… busloads of playmates. I have always been a loner and until my current wingman seen me in action no one in the world other than my hot babes has ever seen my moves. I had no reason to come forward. The mainstream press has not brought my story to the men of the world yet. When this happens I will truly be the world’s most envied man. I feel it is time to tell my story. What I have to offer goes way beyond money. This kind of talent can NOT be bought down at the local corner store. As far as I know I am the only man in the world willing to put my skills on the line and pick up and seduce women full time for some lucky guy.
Clifford: How do you juggle that many women you must be a master of time management?
Elvis Preston King: No, I am a poor time manager. I handled that by hiring a secretary to take all my phone calls and to schedule my dates. He also acts as my chauffeur. By a stroke of luck I found the right man for the job and I have also trained him to act as my wingman. He is probably the best wingman in the world after my training. He does NOT pick up or pick out any of my girls for me. I meet and pick up my own girls, although he wings with me.
My girlfriends are usually young. I like my ladies between 18 and 20. There have been rare occasions when I dated an older woman. This year out of all the hundreds of women that I have made love to I dated one 35 year old and one 40 year old. The rest were mostly around 18 with a few coming in at up to 22. If you were to sit outside the bachelor pad you would see girls coming and going like if I were in a booming business. I have a few favorites that I invite back because they are so hot, but with the number of new seductions that I am doing it is very difficult to work a girl back into my schedule. I have a virtual buffet of one night stands!
Cliff, You are probably going to hate me for this, but I have always been good with women. Even in grade school while the other boys were playing baseball I was kissing girls on the merry go round. I am shy but aggressive. An unusual combo.
Clifford: Are you a wealthy man and does money play into your success with women?
Elvis Preston King: Cliff, I was born poor on the other side of the tracks in Iowa (the worst state in the US for picking up girls!) I grew up in Iowa, Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska. As an adult I lived In Miami. I also frequented Toronto which was my home base, but I am currently living on a Caribbean island. I may have got a lucky break for girls in that I met my idol at 18 years old. He was a 50 year old wealthy playboy who had an 18 year old girlfriend. I watched his moves. We hung out and we got the babes. He suggested I become a door to door salesman to pick up some cash and meet girls. I sold hope chest items for the single working girls. My prospects were 18 to 22 year old girls. I suspect that is where I went All American as a pick up artist. I was barely 20 years old when I did the door to door thing. (Being a salesman helps you lay the groundwork for your game.) I laid four or five girls a day until I just had no stuff left. Needless to say I loved Mike Novak, he recently died broke at 80 years old. Before he died I had invited him to live at the bachelor pad but his family had him committed to an institution and I couldn’t get him out. Before he took sick he still had an 18 year old babe. Not the queen of his younger years but 18!
Yes, I became wealthy, Rolls Royces, Ferraris etc. my influence included movie stars, rock stars and presidents of whom I have pictures with. Speaking of pictures I have thousands of pictures of most of my girlfriends. Some were stolen by jealous girls but I still have thousands to look at when I am really old. I have never ever bought women. I don’t have to. The same old story… I lost most of my fortune. Although I still have my Rolls Royce stretch in storage, I can’t really afford the gasoline now. If I ever can buy the gasoline the first guy to go out in it with me will be you Cliff, as you know my cars are in Canada, It’s just that I am never home. I travel the globe searching the hottest spots for hot young babes when I can. I live comfortable now. I get more women by far than when I was wealthy. I like innocent type women. I do NOT do dancers, escorts, pros or sleazy women.
Clifford: What do you attribute your success with women to?
Elvis Preston King: Cliff, I will I have to be honest with you. It is talent. You are born with it or you are NOT. Of course, some things can be taught and I respect these pua’s who are doing their best to teach these boys how to get laid. The best thing you can do if you are a loser who can’t get laid is try to find out who is the best pua and hang out with the guy. Like you NOW don’t know who that man is….Elvis Preston King….of course!
Clifford: Do you ever get tired of making love to all those women?
Elvis Preston King: Clifford, the loser pua out there who just can’t keep up the pace will tell you yes, you get tired of lots of women and many of these guys will marry their conquests, like Donald Trump has the tendency to do . He marries the first girl who smiles at him… but absolutely not. There is nothing in this world like the thrill of a new girl. The first time! All different sizes, shapes and colors. It is a dream come true. They all move differently, they all feel differently. Wow, it is erotic beyond words. I would almost rather jump over a bridge than to have sex with the same woman night after night… No matter how beautiful or sexy she is. Giving it all up is a cop out for guys who can’t get laid in the first place.
Clifford: Then you don’t believe in a family?
Elvis Preston King: Absolutely, ever man needs a family, children and people to love. Just make sure that your family doesn’t get in the way of you unalienable right to tons of women. In fact, I love babies and children can be fun. I love to go fishing with my grandsons.
Clifford: How do you do it?
Elvis Preston King: First of all, I do not do bars or clubs that is for the younger man who doesn’t know any better. I hit on girls everywhere I go. I jump out of my car and talk to them on the street… Anywhere and everywhere. Department stores, grocery stores. I get in and out fast. I come on smiling and confident with the right attitude. I let her know I think she is hot (but, I don’t overdo it either.) I go for her number and give her mine. I get out before I say something stupid. I don’t use canned pick up lines. There is a secret that I put on the paper that I hand to her that I will only teach to men that I hang out with in person.
I have confidence and animal attraction. No need to write a book for you… just go for it. It is really very simple. I get rejected occasionally. I hate it when that happens! But I win far more than I lose. Let’s say your average frustrated chump loses more than he wins. If he makes enough hits he will get laid sooner or later. Advice from the king…Make the hits.
I waste no time. When a girl calls, my secretary schedules the date. We pick her up…then we invent an excuse of why we need to run back to the house. (The proverbial bachelor pad.) If she does not come into the bachelor pad my wingman is trained to invent and emergency and we drop her off and go to the next girl. I don’t get caught up in trying to impress girls by taking them out all over town. My life is about getting laid not entertaining girls.
I am an average to good looking guy but it is far more than good looks. It is attraction. If you don’t have it naturally you need to create it somehow. I am sure there are courses available today to teach you how to create synthetic attraction if you don’t have it naturally. Right now I have age working against me and the normal Elvis Presley belly bulging out. Attraction bypasses these lesser qualities. I get down on my knees and thank God and my mother and father for being born with it.
Clifford: Any words of wisdom for the wanna be pick up artists out there?
Elvis Preston King: Be careful of Dopamine. It is only infatuation buddy but by the time you come out of it. It will be too late and know one can save you not even Elvis Preston King. Just imagine… you invest in the courses. You knock yourself dead, you hang out with the king, and you learn all the right moves and you have girls to die for and BOOM…It happens, you become love sick for just one girl…If it can happen to Donald Trump with all those beauty queens it can happen to you…Beware… My only advice in this situation is get out an old copy of that song "The Wanderer" and save yourself! Words of wisdom to live by!!! It was the title of an oldy but goldy rock & roll song by Dion and the Belmonts. Take the boy seriously! Here are the words:

Clifford: So you don’t think any one in the world is better than you?
Elvis Preston King: I believe that most certainly there are men better with psychology than me. I believe there are men whose lines make mine look like a kindergartner. But let me put it to you this way Cliff, in the time it takes the typical Casanova pua to seduce his girl I will be on my second, third and fourth conquest! I am NOT about a 14 step program to get in her panties.
Clifford: Tell me more about what you do when you are at the bachelor pad?
Elvis Preston King: We sit her down in the guest room. We talk a couple of minutes and then I excuse myself and go to my bedroom. The wingman BIGS me up and when she wants to know where I have gone he checks and to his shock and amazement I am in my room. Needless to say he doesn’t use the word bedroom. That might scare her away.
He sends her back and sometimes the girl refuses to come in, but the number of ladies who do come into my bedroom is amazing. Oh yes, she finds me in my Hugh Hefner robe and ready! I invite her to lie down and then I slowly begin touching. I don’t say much. The girls try to get me to talk but I say as little as possible (I could say something stupid and lose her) and I go right for the sexual seduction using body language as opposed to words. I don’t have time for talking, nor to be cocky or funny. I have a conquest to make. This girl subconsciously already wants to make love with Elvis she just doesn’t know it consciously yet. Most important is getting those clothes off. I work on that first. I go right for it. (There is nothing like the thrill of seeing new panties for the first time!!!) I say something like take those clothes off so I can see my beautiful girlfriend’s body. Just to look, nothing more. Then I keep touching, kissing and working until I have her! (Needless to say my personal hygiene, teeth, body are impeccable, no bad breath or body odors) It is really quite simple. Remember, ladies want to get laid too sometimes with out going through the dating rituals that most of you guys put them through. Many times as we drop girls off they have the look on their face that clearly says…I can’t believe I just did that!!!

Nobody is around and I want to go out. Loverboy is busy banging some hottie in his bed, Hoobie is probably off in London teaching a bootcamp, and I can't get hold of anyone else. So I head out on my own. Anyway, I'm out and I'm not opening at all, I don't normally go out alone and it feels weird. I text a few of my out of town friends so at least I feel like I have some friends, take a deep breath and go open some girls. I open two girls standing around with some random stuff like, 'hey how's your night,' do the Chariot intro thing, and then just start randomly talking about shit with them, nothing of any significance. One of the girls starts talking to some guy so I think great, now I have a wing. I ask my girl if she wants a drink, she does so I take her to the bar and get us both drinks.
Then I say let's go sit on the grass, I take her hand and we go outside and sit down. Nobody is outside, it's raining, the grass is wet, really stupid idea. We start chatting again just things like where are you from, oh cool wow some of my friends are from there they tell me it's an amazing city, that kind of shit just being enthusiastic. Right now I just want to fuck this chick, I have no interest in her and she keeps talking about how she's a Catholic and all this crap about what a good girl she is and she doesn't do the whole nightclub hooking up with guys thing, whatever zzz.. I can't remember her name and don't bother asking.
I use my escalation technique, which is to tell the chicks that I'm really cold. This seems to work indoors in warm places as well, go figure. So anyway the girl starts rubbing my arms to keep them warm and I lie back and tell her to lie next to me to keep me warm. She refuses, and starts back on the whole I don't go out to pull guys topic. I take her hand and say, look I'm really cold, and pull her down so she's lying half on top of me. I laugh with the girl that we are the only people stupid enough to be lying outside on wet grass in the rain. Then I start talking about the stars, I point out a bright one to her and say that's Mars, it's the brightest star. She points to another star and says that one is bright too, why isn't that Mars? I tell her that her star is most likely an aeroplane, then I admit I know nothing about the stars and tell her Badboy's lamp post story. I chat to her a bit about the stuff we got up to when Badboy and Cortez visited, and how I want
to go visit them in Croatia. She's been there so she tells me about the place.
After a while the vibe seems to be dying out, my girl says she's going to the bathroom and I know I have to do something to make her chase a bit, so I wander off on my own to the bar and get a drink to make sure I'm not around when she gets back. I randomly chat to a few people at the bar, and after about 20 minutes go back and sit on the grass and drink my beer. A while later my chick comes over, seems she can't find her friend. I tell her not to worry that her friend knows where to find us (I'm sure she didn't). I take her hand and pull her back down onto the grass, we chat a bit more and her phone starts ringing. She takes the phone out of her handbag opens the flip, she tells me it's her friend on the phone. I say great let me answer that for you, I grab the phone from her hand and say hi, your friend's fine she's with me, it's all
good, how are you. The girl on the end says, omg I couldn't find my friend so I went home, tell her to come home right now! I say sure I'll pass on the message and hang up. I tell my chick, hey your friend has gone home with that guy she was talking to, she says she's fine and you should stay out and have fun. My chick grabs the phone and starts dialing her friend, I take it from her, close the flip and put it into her bag and tell her, your friend's fine, leave her to enjoy herself, don't spoil her night.
After a while I say I'm really cold and tired and want to go home let's go, and take my girl's hand. We go outside and I flag down a taxi. She says I don't do one night stands, I say cool, neither do I, and motion for her to get into the taxi first. She says look I'm going home I don't do this kind of thing, I tell her she's being really inconsiderate going home and disturbing her friend. She pulls out her phone again, I take it off her put it back in her purse and say wtf are you going to wake up your friend at 3 am, that's ridiculous I would never do that. She says, oh hmm.., I give her
a little push and she gets into the taxi.
In the taxi she starts talking about how she'll get the cab to go to her house after I am dropped off. I tell her that's fine by me I need my sleep, but I really need an opinion on our living room as it could do with redecorating. We arrive at my house I take her hand and as I'm pulling her out of the taxi I say cool I'll show you the room and you can give me your
opinion. We get into the house and sit in the living room, I put on the tv and grab us both a drink, I forget to ask her opinion about the room. Half way through the drink I tell her I'm really tired and need some sleep, I say let's go lie down, she says no but I say look I'm shattered, let's just lie down I can't stay awake any longer I just want to sleep. We go into the bedroom and she gets into the bed with all her clothes on, wtf! I tell her my bed is a no-clothes area, I never sleep in bed with my clothes on, it's weird. She tells me she'll get in if she has a t-shirt so I say fine, I'll get you a t-shirt. I help her get her top off and rummage around in my wardrobe for the worst t-shirt I can find as she undresses. I pull out the most ridiculous looking t-shirt and say, here's all I have you can wear it if you want but you'd look absolutely ridiculous in it. I throw the t-shirt back into the wardrobe and pull her into the bed, she just has her panties
on, nice tits!

I think oh shit yea, so I give her a quick kiss, grab a condom and throw it towards her without even looking at her and tell her to put it on for me. This was fucking miscalibrated because it's what I do to the club whores and they have entertaining ways to put on condoms. This chick is not used to being treated like this and totally fucking locks up. I sigh and put the condom on myself, she locks up even more, bollox. At this point I think fuck it I'm horny but also exhausted, I lie next to her and fall asleep again. I wake up probably quite soon after, still feeling fucking horny. I decide to kiss her a few times which she loves, I pull her towards me until she's lying on top of me, and very slowly easy myself into her. I'm horny so I think fuck it and shag her.

Dante: Although I am only halfway through the Fidentia "Attract and Date" CD set by Ranko Magami, I thought I would write a quick review since I am already having so much success (to order, go to www.fidentia.org/cgi-bin/t.cgi?a=408276) . Let me start out by reporting my actual "results" from listening to the first four CDs. I work alone and in June of this year, I challenged myself to approach ONE girl in a nightclub. It took me until July to actually complete this. In the past year, I approached maybe 3 or 4 girls outside of clubs and bars. I received Ranko’s eight CD set at the beginning of August. Two weeks ago, I approached 6 girls in the mall, and last weekend I opened three girls in a nightclub and spoke briefly with another.
I think these results speak for themselves. I have many, many CD sets, e-books, seminars on DVD’s, etc. Many of them are good, many of them are not. In fact, I’m the guy that has studied way too much and practiced way too little. I have learned a lot from different people in the community and have come along way since I started, but I just couldn’t seem to get over the actual initial approach, and until this point, any approaches I did were always prefaced with a lot of eye-contact or other IOI’s.
Although Ranko has an enormous ability to teach and communicate his ideas, using hypnotic metaphors and stories from his life, I think the key difference with the CDs is the way he structures his missions. Now I know that most products have assignments and homework. But they usually seem to be more of an afterthought to the technique or theory and are just like "now go and make up your own cocky and funny story and use it the next time you are talking to a girl," or "your mission is to go, alone, and approach 20 women with your standard opinion opener in one day." This will break your fear of approaching. By the way, I did this mission about a year and a half ago, but still couldn’t approach congruently afterwards, which may seem like a mystery to you, but for those of you who know some NLP, know that repeating the same bad behavior in an attempt to desensitize yourself is not the best way to overcome a fear.
Ranko’s "missions" are much more intertwined with the program and are an essential part of his teaching style. They are designed to push the student through a series of mental states that will help to break the society-induced "excuser" mentality that blocks you from your success. For example, the first three missions aren’t approaches, but just ways of beginning to feel the presence of some of the negative programs that operate. The first mission is an eye-contact mission where you go to a place like a park or hallway and pass people and NOT look at them, but look past them and ignore them completely. It sounds easy, but go and try this. Notice how you feel that you have to look at the person, acknowledging this total stranger’s presence, even if just briefly as you pass. Notice how you want to pretend that you are looking at something else. Begin to feel the program in your mind forcing you into socially polite behavior. Behavior that is OK when passing people on the street, but later will block you from having success with women.
The missions are carefully thought-out and help the student to become congruent with the techniques. The mission that I just completed last weekend was simply to use an opener on a girl that you are attracted to in a club, and to focus only on the opener without worrying what to talk about afterwards. Ranko goes into quite a bit of detail about how to use your body language, how to break last minute fears, how to approach like her prince confidently and relaxed so that she knows that you like her and find her beautiful. Now the question may arise: Where are the best places to find girls you are attracted to? Those of you who listened to "Shark’s Basic Playboy" CD will remember that Ranko has an extremely direct approach. On that CD he said at one point, "When I first approach a girl, she knows immediately that I like her, and the reason for this is…I TELL HER." True to direct-style game: How do you find out where girls you like hang out? The mission before the club opener was to go to a mall or other non-club/bar, find a girl you like and…ASK HER. The simplicity of this style is something that I personally find to be very satisfying. I’ve done indirect style where I’ve approached many sets and been pushed into many sets with girls who were just bored, sometimes horrified by my approach. The worst part is that these were girls that I wasn’t attracted to in the first place. Although I know some guys in the field have success with this, it always seems to be more complicated than it should be, and to me doesn’t seem to be going directly for it.
As I said at the beginning, I am only halfway through this series, and so still have four hours of teaching and missions to accomplish. Ranko has not yet started to talk about what to say after the opener or the structure of the seduction. However, even if he doesn’t, I feel that the biggest part of my success so far was to begin to break the excusing part of my mindset that prevented me from doing what I already knew how to do. There are many wonderful courses out there that have excellent techniques to use, but this was the only course that helped to push me over the edge and begin to activate this knowledge. If the course ended now, I feel I could incorporate other methods without too much problem. I think that anyone who finds himself stuck in the way that I was will greatly benefit from "Attract and Date," despite whatever particular method of "pick-up" or "seduction" you already use. Ranko himself has also communicated directly with me and has answered my questions, which is different than most other coaches who have never answered my emails. ahem. I always approach alone now, because I find it easier that way, but it’s nice to know that there’s someone out there who is not just a great teacher, but also committed to the success of his students.

Melbourne Lair: The place, an open shopping center in the heart of the city. I sit down at the food court and wait for familiar faces to arrive. I picked the location of this months meeting of the Melbourne Lair, Its great to have it in an informal place like a food court, sets a nice relaxing mood. Once everybody arrives we push some tables together and start the meeting. We discuss peoples sticking points and offer suggestions, we tell stories of crash and burns and success stories. We just shoot the sh*t, it f*cking great to meet up with like minded people. While telling someone my smurf routine, I see two guys get up from the table and start walking away, I glance back later to see them sitting with a girl, these guys are approach machines.
The meeting goes on way too f*cking long, everybody's got a story to tell, advice to offer, we could talk to each other for days. I feel like this is Ocean's 11 and we are planning the big heist. There is the leader, he started the group. The guru, he's an encyclopedia of info. There is the joker, he can't stop negging and teasing everyone; f*cking Canadians. There's the approach machines, they can't follow the conversation because they are too busy following the nearest piece of ass. There is the SSer, the grease boy and of course Brad Pitt. We all exchange numbers before leaving and make plans for sarging during the week. If there is a Lair in your area, join it, if there isn't, start one of your own. You will not regret it.

New Dating/Seduction Seminars & Workshop in Montreal by DOC!
Doc, who many of you know from his great interview here last time and all too rare but outstanding posts on this list, on Mystery's Lounge, and the Montreal Lair, is bringing his seminars and speed dating events to Montreal. Previously they were mainly held in Toronto as part of the Learning Annex, Doc is now setting it up here and plans to hold events on a monthly basis.

The events are Dating Secrets for Women, a 3 Hour seminar (cost $50) and Dating Secrets for Guys; a Guide to The Art of Dating (also 3 hours and $50). The fall calendar has a full weekend seminar and makeover. He also has 3 new books coming out this fall under the SETNA Dating Manual Series. If you are opening groups (or sets: 2-sets, 3-sets, mixed sets, etc) of people with the 3 second rule by stacking indirect openers (including false opinion openers), false time constraining (discovered by Style), demonstrating a higher value to your romantic interest’s peer group with high octane DHVs while she obliquely observes (locking her into her own set with a prop), and simultaneously performing false disqualifiers (which include negs) on her with the intension of disarming her peergroup and then isolating her to rebuild her self-esteem once you have enough IOIs (indicators of interest) so you may share in a comfort and trust building effort and then build in a jealousy subplot to solidify her attraction for you, you are using The Mystery Method.
